Trauma and negative cycles have been programmed in you through epigenetics can also be repaired and you can have resilience. Understanding how you learned to deal with hard times, and express emotion will lead you to more awareness, healing parts that have been burdened so you don’t have to keep carrying the weight, and having compassion to the parts that learned to adapt in this world will make a huge difference.
